Comprehensive Functional Health Assessment
Women come to us with complex, layered concerns. That’s why every patient begins with the same comprehensive initial visit—no matter what brings her in.
Whether you’re seeking support for fertility, hormonal balance, metabolic health, pregnancy wellness, or postpartum recovery, the first step is the same: understanding your body as a whole.
Women’s health is complex, interconnected, and deeply individual. This visit is designed for women who want clarity and direction—not quick fixes.
One Starting Point. Many Reasons You’re Here.
You’re Not Broken.
You just haven’t had the right support—until now.
WHY every patient begins here
It’s our mission to provide thoughtful, effective care to every patient. That begins with a Comprehensive Functional Health Assessment, regardless of the concern that brings her in.
This approach allows us to review your complete health history, identify patterns across systems, and make recommendations based on context rather than assumptions.
Beginning here ensures that next steps are intentional, individualized, and clinically sound.
What’s Included in Your Comprehensive Functional Health Assessment
This initial visit is designed to give you clarity, direction, and a grounded understanding of your health, starting with a complete review of your history and current concerns.
Your assessment includes:
A comprehensive review of your health history, symptoms, lifestyle factors, and prior testing
A 90–120 minute clinical case review and consultation
Development of an initial care plan tailored to your goals and presentation
Thoughtful recommendations for labs, supplements, medications, nutrition, and lifestyle support, as appropriate
Differential considerations based on your individual presentation
Clear next steps—whether or not you choose to continue care
How Lab Recommendations Work
This assessment is designed to first understand your full health history, current concerns, and goals before any testing is ordered.
If laboratory testing is recommended after your visit, it’s selected intentionally and discussed with you in detail. Lab testing is not included in the cost of this visit and is ordered separately, based on your individual needs.
All recommendations are reviewed together so you can make informed decisions about how you’d like to proceed. There is no obligation to move forward with testing or ongoing care.
What Happens After Your Assessment
Following your visit, you’ll have a clearer understanding of your health and the factors that may be influencing how you feel.
During your visit, we’ll review initial impressions, discuss differential considerations, and outline potential next steps. These may include additional evaluation, laboratory testing, or ongoing care options based on your individual needs.
Some patients choose to continue with a structured program or individual follow-up visits. Others use this assessment as a standalone visit to help with decision making. Both paths are completely supported.
