Hi, I’m Sara.
Integrative nurse practitioner, fertility consultant, and mom who’s still in the thick of it all… I see you bc I am you. I know what it’s like to drag yourself through the day running on fumes, feeling totally out of sync with your body, and wondering if you’ll ever feel like yourself again. For me, it was secondary infertility and burnout. It wasn’t until I figured out the piece everyone else seemed to skip — making my body feel safe and finding a rhythm I could actually live with — that things finally started to change.
Now I get to help other moms do the same — without adding a bunch of overwhelming routines, shaming them for what they’re not doing, or giving them a plan they can’t stick to. These five little changes were my first lifeline out of the trenches (hi, postpartum rage…), and they’re still the ones I go back to whenever I feel the burnout creeping in.
