Hey, I’m Sara—wife, mom of two, nurse practitioner, and your burnout recovery go-to.

With 9+ years of experience as a nurse practitioner, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside women of every season—through fertility struggles, hormone shifts, burnout, and the overwhelm of simply trying to hold it all together. And while I’ve loved helping women across all walks of life, my absolute favorite? The busiest of us all: working moms.

We give our all - all day long, and then come home to clock in for “second shift,” where we really want to be. We want to show up as the vibrant women we know God created us to be—but instead, we’re often exhausted, burned out, and wondering why doing “all the right things” still leaves us running on fumes. I’ve been through burnout myself more than once, and…

here’s what I know for sure: it gets to be simple.

True wellness—the kind you feel deep in your bones—starts with mom. She is the center of the home, a role model for her children, and the woman God has entrusted, alongside her husband, to raise the next generation of children to do His good works.

Not everything can be fixed with a supplement or a protocol. I learned that the hard way—like most of the best lessons. But I’m here to show you that having a life you fully enjoy is not a pipe dream.

My mission is to help you understand, care for, and respect the body God gave you - the vessel you live in - so you can feel steady, vibrant, and confident again. That’s why I’m here.
